Mr. Srinivas Maddury is a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant and a Law graduate. He is a rank holder in the CMA Final examinations securing All India 24th rank in the examinations. Mr. Maddury has extensive post-qualification experience in the field of Direct Taxation, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Mergers & Acquisitions and related regulatory issues with specific focus on Advisory and Litigation.

He was associated with the big four consulting firms ‘viz. Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and BMR Advisors (which is now Deloitte Haskins and Sells and KPMG) specializing in the arena of International Taxation, Transfer Pricing and Regulatory services. He has to his credit high profile Direct Tax, FEMA litigations and complex advisory on cross border transactions and Transfer Pricing.

Mr. Maddury is deeply involved into litigation across forums until the Tribunal level both at the Income tax Appellate Tribunal (“ITAT”) and the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property related to FEMA/PMLA matters (“ATFP”). Mr. Maddury has experience in representing before various income tax appellate authorities and was involved in high profile litigation and structuring assignments during his career. His keen focus and attention to detail is sought after by the clientele.
