Additionally, he assists with getting necessary permits, licenses, subsidies for factories & business houses before and after the establishment of the business.
He expertise in claiming duty drawback, export incentives (MEIS), refunds in Goods & Services Tax, and various FTP incentives, including EPCG and advance licences.
His knowledge of GST enables him to support our clients in completing assessment proceedings started by the department, as well as in submitting responses to notices sent by the department. Additionally, he represents our clients before statutory authorities.
