He has worked with Deloitte and BDO, two of the Big 6 accounting firms as well as established mid-sized chartered accountancy firms, leading a wide range of statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing assignments, and financial advisory projects.

His experience spans managing large-scale audits for SEBI and SEC – listed companies across sectors such as media (print and broadcast), manufacturing, agri-business, and NBFCs. Sukesh brings strong technical expertise in Ind AS, complemented by working knowledge of US GAAP for PCAOB and AICPA Audits, and has been actively involved in cross-border engagements, working closely with international teams.

He has also played a key role in IPO readiness assignments, supporting clients in enhancing financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks. His work includes complex areas such as Ind AS Transitions, fair value accounting, business combinations, and group consolidations.

Additionally, Sukesh has handled Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits, and individual taxation matters under the Income Tax Act, 1961, offering clients an integrated view of both audit and taxation landscapes.
